Planning outdoor wedding catering dining experiences can be a daunting task, as can planning outdoor catering for any event, and so EventsFX aim to make the planning experience as easy as possible for our clients.


Ingredients, Preparation and Delivery

All our outdoor event catering foods are prepared and cooked on purpose-built premises using the highest quality fresh ingredients which are sourced from local organic produce ranges or from the company's own farms. The food is delivered to your outdoor event in temperature controlled environments, thus providing fresh, safe food for your dining experience.


Outdoor event catering menus

Our outdoor event catering menus offer a huge selection of meals for the outdoor wedding reception, formal corporate event or private family function. You can choose from the options within our menus, but we are always happy to include special dietary arrangements for any number of guests.

Hot meals range from barbeques and hot buffets to six-course dining experiences.
Cold meals include a large selection of buffets as well as summer sit-down meals.
Christmas menus are also available.


Outdoor event catering: Drinks

Alcoholic drinks include a range of thousands of wines as well as beer and lager.
Soft drinks are also available from us. See the EventsFX Brochure for our list of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks.

We are happy to serve your own drinks should you prefer to source them yourself.


Tableware

All menus include the necessary eating utensils (plates, glasses, cutlery). However, we can provide extra items if you so wish. Please download the EventsFX brochure for details.


Decorations and Centrepieces

We can also provide a variety of decorations and centrepieces to give a sophisticated finishing touch to your wedding marquee and or corporate event dining experience. Further information on this service is available upon request.
